MISSION: The mission of African Career Development and Guidance Association is to promote and advance career development and guidance practices throughout Africa. We aim to enhance the quality and accessibility of career services, advocate for the importance of lifelong career development, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to create a thriving and inclusive workforce.

Career development and career guidance play crucial roles in today’s rapidly changing professional landscape, hence the AFCADAGA is dedicated to ensure that all Africans are gainfully employed after education and training without discrimination.
